Sometimes I forget how nice the landscape is at my campus. With all the normal hustle and bustle of midterms, I honestly have not taken time out of my studies to just look at it with appreciation.

Yesterday afternoon was my first day back after midterms, so it was pretty slow on the grounds.
This afforded me the opportunity to snap a few pictures with my camera phone (I only carry my Canon when I am going somewhere specific to take pictures).

I took each photo while walking to my next class. Kinda crazy, but it worked!

Overall, I am impressed with how well these pictures turned out! And taking these photos was a nice way to end a long and busy day 🙂

Seeing one 'acceptable' troupe for fat black women like me was more than enough to entice me to step up and take a shot!

Isn’t it just? lol – I’ve seen and been to other campuses, but I really like mine (though I’m a bit biased).

Mine was not totally pristine but had some beautiful little spots, including a small pond we used to hang out in

Great photos. I wish I had more time to appreciate EVERYTHING. Time goes by so fast for me it’s overwhelming!

Thank you 🙂 That’s so true! All the little small things add up, and before you know it everything has happened. I can relate.
