Day 2: Musings in the Club

My first thought to this challenge was something like this –

6tag_030116-123011

‘No one is putting Soprano Musings in a corner!’

Having said that – I can admit that my tagline is a little boring…

So I started looking up quotes.

Here’s another fun fact about me: I loves me some quotes!

They never fail at inspiring me. Quotes, whether they are from someone anonymous or famous, remind me that my thoughts and feelings are not all that different than everyone else in this world.

That reminder lets me know that I’m not so alone. That we can all connect on some level. It’s a great feeling.

Anyhoo – back to my tagline troubles πŸ™‚

I found some stellar quotes! Here is the first one:Β CreativeFun

And the second one:

Clubbing Inspiration

I couldn’t bring myself to choose between the two of them, so that is how I came up with my new tagline.

Clubbing with Creativity and Inspiration

Hope ya’ll like it! And if you’re interested in reading the rough draft to my bio – click here.

Let me know what you think, and share your new taglines below.

Seeing one 'acceptable' troupe for fat black women like me was more than enough to entice me to step up and take a shot! ______________________________________________________________________________________________ After spending hours on stock pile sites and not finding the images of women that she wanted to see on her blog or book covers led K. 1. I think it’s a wonderful tagline. I have kept the same one on mine for a long time – it’s hard for me to think of another one, but maybe I will. (It’s: Music from my heart).
The only suggestion I have is that inspiration doesn’t need an “s.” It isn’t grammatically correct to have it as a plural. Good luck!

    1. Thank you! I like ‘Music from my heart’ πŸ™‚ It’s gonna hard to think of another one…maybe you can tie it together with an your favorite instrument. Like ‘Life strumming my heart strings’ if you play a stringed instrument. And thanks for pointing out the grammar error. Good luck to you too πŸ™‚
