Heya Luxe!
I know it has been some time since we’ve gotten to just hang out and jam, but between school and work I just have not been able to give you all the attention that you deserve.
This morning I found myself staring at you from across our bedroom before leaving and I remembered the first time that we met. It was on a Saturday. I was browsing through one of my favorite stores just before my shift at the hospital.
As I was about to leave, I finally noticed you standing in a corner all alone. I could not believe that no one else had picked you up! You shined so stunningly under the soft house lights. Silently serenading me to take you home.
So I did.
That is when I knew that I had to make time for us Luxe. To get back to making sweet music together. I’ve missed it – missed you.
The why that you feel under my fingers when I hit the notes just right. Or how you and I used to stay up playing all night…good times!
We’ll start slow and when we have both warmed up, we’ll see what happens, okay?
